We keep this short because we collect very little.

What we collect when you visit the site

Anonymous analytics through Cloudflare — page views, country-level location, what page sent you here. No cookies, no tracking pixels, no cross-site fingerprinting. We use this only to see which content is reaching people and which isn't.

What we collect when you buy

When you purchase a PDF, our payment processor (Lemon Squeezy) collects your email, billing name, and the country you're in for tax purposes. We don't see your card number — Lemon Squeezy handles that.

We also receive your email in our email tool (Kit) so we can send you the welcome email and a follow-up 5 days later. That's the only marketing email we send. If you want off the list, every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data. We don't share your email with other companies. We don't run retargeting ads. We don't use behavioral profiling.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, request deletion, or request a correction at any time. Email hello@thecrossedstreet.com and we'll handle it within 30 days. If you're in the EU/UK, this includes your rights under GDPR.
