What we sell

The Crossed Street sells digital PDF guides for owners of reactive and anxious pets. When you buy a guide, you get a PDF file delivered to your email instantly through our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy.

What you can do with the PDF

When you purchase a PDF from us, you're licensed to use it personally — read it, print it for your own use, screenshot pages, and share specific pages with people in your household who own the dog with you.

You may not resell the PDF, upload it to file-sharing sites, post it publicly, claim it as your own work, or include it in another product for sale. If you'd like to recommend the guide to friends, send them the link to thecrossedstreet.com — that's how we keep making more.

We are not a substitute for professional help

Our guides are written by reactive-dog people for reactive-dog people. We are not veterinarians, certified trainers, or veterinary behaviorists. If your dog has bitten with serious intent, has a medical condition that may be contributing to behavior, or you feel unsafe, please book a CSAT or IAABC-credentialed professional. We say this in the guide and we say it again here.

No outcome guarantees

We promise the guide will give you a structured plan, scripts, and a clearer way to think about your dog's behavior. We do not promise specific outcomes — every dog is different, every nervous system runs at a different temperature, and behavior change is not linear. If the guide isn't working for you, we'd rather refund you than have you feel stuck (see our refund policy).

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. If we make a material change, we'll note it at the top of this page with the updated date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
